NMT is a professionally managed not-for-profit organization working for the well-being of the elderly and persons with Dementia & Alzheimer's since 1998. We strive to strengthen family bonds and promote community-based support systems for Senior Citizens of all Socio-economic groups through various innovative and need based projects aimed towards Dementia Care, Active Ageing, Social Integration, Empowerment, Capacity Building and prevention of Elder Abuse.

2. Vayoshreshta Samman - National Award 2008 for Institutional Service conferred by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.
3. IAHSA Excellence in Ageing Services Award 2006 Citation of Honor by International Association of Homes & Services for the Ageing.
4. Rajyotsava Prashathi 2003 - The second highest civilian honor of Karnataka State from the Hon. Chief Minister, Government of Karnataka
5. Namma Bengaluru Award 2010 for outstanding contribution to Bangalore city.
6. Paul Harris Fellowship 2005 Rotary Foundation for our work in Elderly and Dementia care.
